A note on allergies: I can never give 100% guarantees on allergy concerns. I have done allergy aware cakes before, and ask that you make note of your specific allergy so that I will not have any of the allergens present during the baking/decorating/packaging process. This helps reduce the possibility of contamination.

I also wash and sanitize all utensils, bowls, and surfaces after every use to further reduce the risk of allergens.
